On the coastline of the Lulea Archipelago, sink into this arctic retreat for three nights of delicious dining combined with intrepid wintry adventure. Spend mornings gazing out into the snow-cloaked forest or across the crystal arctic sea, trek through the trees to discover the Swedish wilds, meet a team of friendly huskies and dine on a floating cabin as the Aurora Borealis dances above.
Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrive in Sweden
Arrive in Swedish Lapland and transfer to the fabulous Pine Bay Lodge. Settle in for a three-night stay and perhaps take a stroll around the forest and frozen waterfront to admire the spectacular surroundings. Return to the lodge for dinner and to relax in the evening.
Day 2 | Snowmobile Adventure & Aurora Hideaway Dinner
Today, head out into the snow cloaked wilderness on a guided snowmobile adventure. The local guide will share their knowledge of the forest and its wildlife. Stop to enjoy a warming lunch and admire the magical surroundings before traveling back to the lodge to relax. After dark, dinner will be prepared in the Arctic Hideaway, a cosy cabin in a remote location that is perfectly placed for stargazing and aurora hunting.
Day 3 | Dogsledding
Spend the morning at leisure before heading out on an exhilarating dog sledding adventure. Meet an energetic team of huskies who are perfectly suited to the cold Arctic conditions and love to run. Race along a tree-lined track and feel the wind rush through your hair. Tonight eat a hearty meal and reflect on the day packed with adventure.
Day 4 | Departure Day
Today, transfer back to the airport for your departure plans.
