Day 1 | Arrive in Arctic Norway

Touch down at Tromsø Airport where your private driver awaits. A swift 15-minute transfer brings you to the stylish Clarion Hotel The Edge, beautifully poised by the city’s waterfront. Check in and take time to explore Tromsø’s vibrant streets, cosy cafés, and Arctic charm at your own pace. Enjoy your first Norwegian evening with sweeping harbour views and a delicious dinner in one of the city's fabulous restaurants.

Day 2 | City Sightseeing & Cable Car

Ride the Fjellheisen cable car for breathtaking views of the city glowing beneath the polar night. Don’t miss the striking Arctic Cathedral, an architectural landmark or a visit to Polaria, where you can learn about Arctic wildlife and ecosystems. After exploring, warm up with a meal at Mathallen, where Arctic ingredients are transformed into seasonal dishes. Tromsø is also an ideal spot to chase the northern lights. Day 3 | Journey to Remote Varanger Lodge

Depart Tromsø and journey east to the remote beauty of Varanger Lodge in Nesseby, where you’ll spend four nights immersed in Arctic tranquillity. Nestled on the edge of a dramatic fjord, this eco-friendly retreat offers both comfort and seclusion. On arrival, settle into your cosy cabin before enjoying a welcoming dinner prepared with local flavours. End the evening in the wood-fired sauna, where panoramic windows open onto sweeping views of the fjord, setting the tone for your unforgettable Arctic stay.

Day 4 | Wildeerness Safari & Ice Fishing

From Varanger Lodge, set out on an exhilarating journey aboard a comfortable snow sled as your guide leads the way on a snowmobile. Journey across the pristine Arctic wilderness, gliding through vast, untouched landscapes of snow and ice, taking in sweeping views of northern Norway’s dramatic scenery. Midway, pause for an unforgettable ice fishing experience, drilling into frozen waters in search of local catch. Warm up with a hearty outdoor lunch, prepared over an open fire, before continuing your adventure. This thrilling journey combines speed, stillness, and the raw beauty of the Arctic.

Day 5 | Dogsledding & Reindeer Sanctuary Visit

Glide across pristine Arctic landscapes on a dog-sledding adventure, led by an experienced musher. You’ll travel through snowy tundra, feel the rhythmic pull of huskies, and soak in the silence and scenery—all without needing prior experience. Afterwards, embark on a visit to a reindeer sanctuary where you’ll meet tame reindeer, feed them, learn about Sámi culture and reindeer husbandry, and capture memorable photos. These two experiences offer both exhilaration and connection with local wildlife and heritage.

Day 6 | King Crab Safari

Join a King Crab Safari from Varanger Lodge led by skipper Edgar Olsen, a local fisherman and king-crab expert. Board Edgar’s own boat in Nesseby harbour and head out into Varanger Fjord to haul in crab pots, learning about the biology of king crab and sustainable harvesting techniques. You’ll help sort the catch and get hands-on experience. Best of all, savour fresh-caught king crab prepared right from the sea—flavour you can’t beat. This three-hour adventure is as authentic as it is unforgettable.
