Day 1 | Arrive in Norway & Arctic Panorama Lodge

Arrive in Norway and transfer to Arctic Panorama Lodge. Located at the heart of Northern Norway's fjords, this remote lodge is a superb boutique retreat surrounded by mountains reflecting the Arctic Ocean. Guests are encouraged to relax and get close to nature. After dark, watch for the northern lights from the lodge's panoramic windows.

Day 2 | Whale Watching

Today enjoy a guided whale watching adventure. Spend the day witnessing beautiful humpback whales and orcas in their natural habitat aboard a heated cabin. When you return, perhaps indulge in the lodge’s very own spa and enjoy a drink from the bar in front of the panoramic windows and await the northern lights.

Day 3 | Dog Sledding

After breakfast, meet a team of friendly Alaskan huskies for a tour of the Norwegian wilderness by dogsled. Drive your own team of dogs across the Arctic tundra or sit back and let an experienced guide take the reins. Travel off the beaten track and explore the unspoiled natural surroundings before stopping for hot drinks and snacks.

Day 4 | Storytelling & Northern Lights Evening

Spend today relaxing in the quiet of the Arctic wilderness or pre-book an optional excursion. In the evening you’ll sit inside a traditional Lavuu tent and learn about the history of the indigenous Sami people of the north. Later, gather around a campfire to hunt for the northern lights.

Day 5 | Tromso Sightseeing & Aurora Safari Camp

Transfer back to Tromso today - one of the best places in the world to see the northern lights. Check in to your hotel for a three-night stay. Spend the afternoon exploring the city. Perhaps visit the Arctic Catherdral or Polar Museum. In the evening embark on an Aurora Safari and travel through the Arctic wilderness to a basecamp to enjoy a hot meal and a campfire. Northern lights sightings here are exceptionally high.

Day 6 | Arctic Fjord Cruise

Enjoy Tromsø’s stunning coastal landscape, full of mountains, fjords, islands and learn about its fascinating history dating back more than 9,000 years on this daytime cruise. The vessel will travel south to the beautiful Ramfjord. The fjord is characterised by its 90 degrees corner halfway through the fjord. From marine life that flourishes here to the historic cold war facility of Olavsvern, the fjord is rich with stories.

Day 7 | Cable Car & Northern Lights Dinner Cruise

Experience the most spectacular view of Tromso. Travel by cable car 421m above sea level to witness the city’s surrounding fjords and islands. If you wish to explore further, there are hiking trails for all abilities to follow, along with a fabulous mountain top restaurant. In the evening search for the northern lights and enjoy a three-course meal aboard the hybrid-electric Brim Explorer vessel.

Day 8 | Departure Day

Transfer back to Tromso Airport for your departure plans.
