Day 1 | Arrive in the Faroe Islands

Collect your rental car from the airport and make your way to Hotel Vágar. Let us book you a table for dinner at a fabulous restaurant.

Day 2 | Vágar Sightseeing & Puffins on Mykines

Begin your day exploring some of Vágar’s highlights, including the stunning spectacle of Lake Sørvágsvatn. In the afternoon, journey to Mykines for a magical sunset hike to Norðara Nesgjógv, guided by an expert. Discover dramatic cliffs, and seabirds galore, including millions of nesting puffins who return each year to raise their young. End your adventure with a peaceful overnight stay on the most western island of the archipelago.

Day 3 | Villages along Eysturoy

Wave farewell to puffin island and drive through Streymoy to get to Eysturoy, home to some of the highest summits in the whole of the Faroes. On route to Gjáargarður Guesthouse, spend the day exploring quaint villages and the rocky coastlines. Discover the majestic Vestmanna Bird Cliffs on Streymoy, home to diverse seabird colonies, via boat and get close to other wildlife like grey seals. Awe at the charming villages of Eiði or Tjørnuvík.

Day 4 | Hiking on Eysturoy

Epic hikes abound on this easterly island. Choose to embark on an exhilarating hike to the summit of Slættaratindur, the highest mountain in the Faroe Islands, or trek to the Hvíthamar ridge for amazing views of Funningsfjørður. Whether you decide to conquer the iconic peak or take to alternate trails, you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of rugged landscapes and coastal beauty.

Day 5 | Hiking on the Northern Islands

Hike through some of the most dramatic and rugged landscapes in the archipelago, where towering cliffs, thriving valleys, and breathtaking views await at every turn. With trails suited for all levels, each step promises an unforgettable connection to nature. Today head out on a guided hike to Villingardalsfjall’s peak and onwards to Enniberg, Europe’s tallest sea cliff at 754 meters, where sheer drops meet the roaring Atlantic below. Other hikes on this island offer panoramic views of the archipelago. Choose to hike from Klaksvík to Klakkur peak.

Day 6 | Day trip to Kalsoy

Hop on a short ferry ride and spend the day exploring Kalsoy. Greet your hiking guide outside the red house in Trøllanes and begin your tour in the charming village and hike along the mountain path to Kallur Lighthouse (The location for the filming of the most recent James Bond film, No Time To Die). In the evening, head to Streymoy for a two-night stay in the capital, Tórshavn.

Day 7 | Exploring the Capital of Tórshavn

Waking up on the island of Streymoy, prepare for a day exploring the capital, Tórshavn. Amble through the old town to enjoy the quaint boutique shops dressed by their grass-turfed roofs. Take in the local art exhibitions showcasing Faroese art and culture, or sample some authentic cuisine at a variety of eateries. For something a bit stronger, taste craft beer at Mikkeller, located in a four-hundred-year-old wooden house in the city. Perhaps drive south to the historical village of Kirkjubour, home to the ruins of Magnus Cathedral and medieval church, St. Olav.

Day 8 | Sandoy

Discover the luscious green island of Sandoy, also known as the Saga-island. This atoll boasts a wealth of history and untouched nature. Do not skip the villages of Dalur and Húsavík which lie in stunning surroundings.

Day 9 | Journey from Faroe to Iceland

Bid Faroe farewell. Return your car to Vagar airport. Independent flight arrival to Kelflavik where you will be picked up and taken to Eyja Guldsmeden hotel in Reykjavik.

Day 10 | Snorkeling & Sky Lagoon

Start your day with an unforgettable experience snorkeling through one of the world’s top ten dive sites, uniquely located between the crystal clear waters between the tectonic plates of Europe and North America - Float over lava, swim between large volcanic canyons and discover the only place on Earth where you can snorkel between two continents! In the evening, warm up after floating in the cooling waters of Silfra Fissure, with a a warming soak in the geothermal Sky Lagoon and enjoy the ocean view.

Day 11 | Golden Circle Tour by Superjeep

Iceland’s legendary Golden Circle is where geology meets history, and geothermal power meets glacial waters. Enjoy a full-day tour to iconic landmarks: stand in awe by Gullfoss Falls, feel the tectonic energy at Thingvellir, witness geothermal wonders at Geysir, and feel the striking Kerið volcanic crater! Travel in style by super jeep on this exhilarating day.

Day 12 | Reykjavik Sightseeing

Discover Reykjavik, Iceland’s vibrant capital. Explore iconic landmarks like Hallgrímskirkja Church with it's distinctive curved spire or the Harpa Concert Hall, home to the Iceland Symphony Orchestra. Stroll through Old Town’s colorful streets, visit Parliament House, and soak in stunning harbor views. Learn about the city’s rich history, unique culture, and breathtaking natural surroundings.

Day 13 | Hvammsvik Hot Springs

Enjoy a day sightseeing in Reykjavík ending with an evening at the pristine Hvammsvík, known for its secluded natural hot springs. Slip into the eight warm, geothermal waters renowned for their therapeutic properties and let your cares melt away. Enjoy the summer evening surrounded by this stunning Icelandic landscape. After a day of pure relaxation, you'll be taken back to your hotel, ensuring you return feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
