Capturing West Sweden's peaceful coastal culture, owners Susanna and Patrick Hermansson made their dream a reality in 2008, and Sweden's first floating hotel was born. Combining their love of food, beverages and homespun hospitality, the hotel offers an experience to enliven the senses. From local sea-inspired dining to leisurely adventures around the tiny connecting fishing villages, Salt & Sill opens the door to discovering West Sweden's historic shores.

Luxurious simplicity adorns the rooms here at Salt & Sill. Where light-filled spaces usher in a sense of serenity. With cooling tiles and traditional Scandinavian wood cladding, some are even equipped with a sea ladder on the deck, where refreshing morning dips await!
